| Descr: | After a full week of looking I FINALLY found this manual. I had to go to so many sketchy websites, then finally found a website that is only slightly sketchy where I had to pay $17 for this (I used a one time debit). Anyway, because of how much of a pain that was, I wanted to share it with anyone who needs it. I hosted it in three locations in case one of the links die by the time you need this.
