The TC2320TG offers 200V breakdown volt- age, 2.0A output peak current, and low input capacitance. The 2.0A output current capability will minimize rise and fall times. The low input capacitance will minimize propagation delay times and also rise and fall times. The MOSFETs are electrically isolated from each other by a custom lead frame that encapsulates two independent dice to minimize crosstalk. These combined features are ideally suited for high- speed high voltage pulsers. Typical applications would be for medical ultrasound transmitters and class D amplifiers.
