Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer. Symptom: 1) If ZONE 2 has been turned on after MAIN zone has been turned off with MAIN zone source being set to an HDMI assigned source, no audio is present on ZONE 2. ZONE 3 & ZONE 4 are okay. Video in ZONE 2 is okay. Audio is present in ZONE 2, ZONE 3 and ZONE 4 if the audio source in the MAIN zone has no HDMI assignment. 2) If ZONE 2 or ZONE 3 is turned off then on, video signal in MAIN zone is interrupted for several seconds. ZONE 4 causes no problem. Solution: The MICON Software has been corrected so the outlined malfunction does not occur. MODIFICATION: Install the Exclusive Writer Software to a PC and rewrite the customer's unit upon claim. (Please refer to the supplied rewriting procedures.)
