DAS-4300 Series Addendum This document describes changes made to the DAS-4300 Series boards in order to achieve compliance with the European EMC directive 89/336 EEC (CE Mark certification). In addition, this addendum provides corrections to the DAS-4300 Series documentation. Clock Output Pins 5 and 12 of U514 (74ABT125) have been lifted in order to disable the clock output function. If you connect multiple DAS-4300 Series boards and want to use one internal clock for all the boards, you need to replace the pins. Spring Gaskets Spring gaskets have been installed over the BNC connectors. When a cable is attached, these gaskets are compressed between the cable connector and the bracket. Manual Corrections The DAS-4300 Series Function Call Driver User's Guide states incorrectly that the start trigger should be external when using an about trigger. The start trigger must be internal when using an about trigger.
