2 Turn off with set's AC switch & wait till the red standby light has
faded away to nothing.
3 While holding the magenta Text button on TV turn on AC switch.
4 A service menu should now be on screen. Press Magenta button again
several times till hotel mode appears.
5 Using arrow keys on remote navigate down to the volume setting &
increase graphic slider with the arrow right button to max setting
(Mine was set to min). Navigate up to Hotel ON & change to OFF.
6 Press OK
