Sound absent except for motorboating from rear spkrs
Check audio o/p chips Q601 & 2 LA4282 (the supply will pulse if faulty) - check at pins 23 & 24 BB12 blue plug. Unsolder pin 10 of chips to isolate faulty one. Also could be due to U101A Dolby dig module pt no 23781658. Check customers speaker wiring.
