Check wfrm at pins 3,4 & 33 of CF70123 IC2550. If ok at pins 3 & 4 but pin 33 is low dis pin 15 AMU2484 chip. If signal appears at pin 33 then AMU chip is u/s. If not both chips could be faulty - replacement board cheaper.
