IC3A1 IC3A2 and IC3B1. It is always the middle one that goes s/c and blows Z902 which then removes the 28v supply to these ICs. You can check which one is s/c by unsoldering pin 9 of each ic one at a time and the check for s/c across PLUG DE which is the 28v supply
