Check scan coil conns for arcing/dry joints - also may be caused by Nicam module upsetting I2C bus line in turn causing line osc to lose sync - can remove NICAM module to check

The -30v supply to memory chip on tuning panel falls below -26v. Replace some/all of following: Q956 2SA1015, C959 3µ3 50v, C958 33µ 35v, C016 10µ 16v, C017 10µ 50v sm.
