Vid signal enters pin 42 IC201 but no o/ps - eventually found due to no 12v crt base - R514 0R82 1/2w safety res o/c

Dead - off with burning smell - green LED perm lit
CSD3 470n 400v o/c - looks stressed cause of trouble. Also R510 100R 1/2w o/c - also replaced TEA2031A
