When replacing TDA3654 fop chip also replace wire link PJ28 (from pin 5 chip) with 10µH inductor pt no 2701-001040 & fit 470nf polyester cap pt no 2305-000407 between pins 4 & 5 TDA3654 as close as poss to chip to prevent reoccurence
