Crown CTF142 TV when powered on displays a white horizontal line in the center of the screen. Upon inspection i discovered that Resistor R625 was fried. However i cannot see the code as it has burnt away. Id be greatfull for any help. Also would i need to
replace vertical ic w/ corresponding passive components like cap./ resistor r625 is fusible resistor like 0.5 ohm.

U70 MEANS NO COMMUNICATION WITH CD, CHECK RIBBON LEAD BETWEEN UNITS IS NOT DAMAGED AS THIS IS THE NORMAL PROBLEM. IF OK YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK FOR DATA ON SCL AND SDA RAILS,
