Execution Environment ===================== Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP Note: For Windows XP, .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is required. Installation Instructions ========================= To install MDM File Converter onto your computer, follow the procedure below: 1. Insert the Desktop EasyEXPERT software CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive. 2. If needed, double click the index.html file in the CD-ROM. 3. Click "Install MDM File Converter" icon and follow the instructions of the setup wizard. 4. Wait for installation to complete, and remove the CD-ROM from the CD-ROM drive. Graphical User Interface ======================== Graphical User Interface for the MDM file converter is available from the Windows "Start" menu as: Start -> All Programs --> Agilent B1500A EasyEXPERT --> IC-CAP MDM File Converter Refer to the EasyEXPERT User's Guide to learn how to use the MDM file converter GUI. Command Line Interface ====================== You can use the execution file as shown below. The .MDM file will be created in the current folder by default. If you do not specify the parameter, this program displays the GUI. Syntax ------ MdmFileConverter.exe [options] [test result files] Parameter --------- (no option) Perform normal operation. /o <.MDM file> Specify the output .MDM file. Valid only for single input .XTR/.ZTR file. /d Specify the output folder name where the .MDM files will be created. /l Specify the conversion log file name. /s Suppress the output of conversion log. /t Append the test setup name to the output .MDM file name. /U Switch Output Force Value conversion option for units of UHC500/UHC1500/HVMC/UHV. /D Switch Output Force Value conversion option for units of HC/DHC/HV/MC. /O Switch Output Force Value conversion option for units of other than UHC500/UHC1500/HVMC/UHV/HC/DHC/HV/MC. test result files: Specify EasyEXPERT test result file (.XTR or .ZTR file) names. You can specify multiple files by using a space as the separator.
